How will i receive my course?
Once you have chosen which course to purchase from BOC’s online shop, you will receive an email from BOC’s learning management system (LMS). You will be able to access the course to start your training, or if you have bought multiple licenses you will be able to assign them to employees within your organisation.
Please read the instructions on how to assign the course to another employee in the email you receive from DayOne. When accessing the portal, you will be given the option of 'existing user' or 'new user' across the tabs. Please pick the relevant tab which applies to you. If you are a new user, you will need the registration code mentioned in the email that the purchaser received. As a new user, you will need to create a log in (your email address) and a password.
Once you are registered, this will be your access to the portal for this course and for any courses you buy in the future, so please keep your details safe. Once a user has completed the course they will be able to download a completion certificate. Please see the relevant Terms & Conditions that apply for elearning course(s).
Purchasing an elearning course
You can browse the courses available here. Choose the number of licenses you would like to purchase and then add them to your shopping cart and checkout. You can purchase a course through your BOC online account, you can register for an online account here or via guest checkout
Elearning LMS (learning management system) access
You will receive an email with more information about your elearning course and how to access it. Please check your email junk mail folder, the learning management system (LMS) will have generated this email to you. It has been sent from no-reply@dayonetech.uk. You can access BOC’s learning management system here. If you still have not received an email with details, please contact us on live chat.
Elearning course certificate
Once you’ve completed all the modules in the course and passed any tests, you will be able to download a certificate of completion which you can keep for your records.
